We arrived late in the night due to a last minute cancelling at the Airport of Funchal. We were welcomed with great warmth. The ambiance there was very cosy and pleasant, and so were the people. Definitely to recommend!

Imagine a corner of paradise and you will think of something very similar to Casa Da Piedade: a facility surrounded by nature, with a wonderful pool overlooking palm trees and mountains, with very clean rooms, equipped with everything you need (e.g., hair dryer, fully functioning hot water and heating) and furnished with impeccable style. The fantastic staff will make you feel super welcome and pampered (on arrival we found a free gift of Bolo do Caco and Madeira waiting for us in our room) and when you wake up you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in one of the bright common room. If I were to return to Madeira I would definitely come back here and I definitely recommend it! Thank you 🥰

Sunset House í Arco da Calheta býður upp á gistirými sem eru aðeins fyrir fullorðna með garði, verönd og grillaðstöðu. Gistihúsið er með fjalla- og garðútsýni og býður gestum upp á ókeypis WiFi. Such a lovely stay. The room was very nice, the kitchen made me feel like home, and the balcony is perfect to watch the sunset!

A beautifully decorated room with balcony and private bathroom. A wonderful friendly host. Complimentary kettle and coffee sachets. Outstanding View and beautiful swimming pool. Very comfortable bed . Freshly baked biscuits and wonderful Coffee in the morning. Everything was simply wonderful.

Amoreira House er staðsett í innan við 2,7 km fjarlægð frá Calheta-strönd og 25 km frá Girao-höfðanum. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi í Calheta. The apartment is great, very spacious and comfortable. Hosts are very kind and willing to help with anything. Taking service to the next level! Good location to go to other parts of the island and enough restaurants/bars/supermarket close by!

Comfortable accommodations, instantly felt at home. Access to beautiful gardens and fresh produce. Proximity to town. Rocked to sleep by the sound of the ocean.

Casa da Cal - by Casas na Ilha er staðsett í Câmara de Lobos, 700 metra frá Vigário-ströndinni, og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og verönd. Honestly at first, I was a bit taken aback that there is no staff on site and that it was more of a house/Airbnb type than a hotel. However, it turned out to be AMAZING. I made this purchase DAY OF because of a very stressful last minute change to my trip, and this place was just what I needed to unwind and relax. Everything was super clean, and safe, and the facilities were just wonderful. I also talked with the cleaning lady the next day and she was super sweet. There were mango trees dropping fruit on the property, and all in all it was just magical. Free protected parking and everything. I felt completely safe there. There’s also a grocery store like a 5 min walk away if you want to go pick things up to cook (as well as many eateries).

We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Rochão Village by Rent2UGististaðurinn Lda er staðsettur í Calheta, í 25 km fjarlægð frá Girao-höfðanum, og býður upp á sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The house was spacious and clean. The views were spectacular and the pool was an added bonus.

Janela para er staðsett í Porto Moniz á Madeira-eyjasvæðinu. o Atlântico er með verönd og sjávarútsýni. Gistirýmið er 9 km frá Porto Moniz-náttúrusundlaugunum. Comfy bed, excellent location, amazing view (see attached image taken from the balcony)
