The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We were able to leave our bags for the day even though we didn’t have the room anymore. Breakfast was included and was very good with fresh ingredients.

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Amantani Pachatata Lodge is located in Amantani. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a city view. Vidal and Sonia were great hosts! They picked us up at the port by motorbike, very nice trip around the island. The room has its own bathroom and toilet with hot water and they provide a heater for the night so we were not cold at all. They prepared lunch (quinoa soup and trout with rice and vegetables), diner (chicken with rice and vegetables) and breakfast (fried egg and pancakes) for 20 soles extra per meal per person which is extremely fair given that these were one of the best meals we had during our trip, home made by Sonia with fresh organic products.

Located in Puno, near Puno Port, Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk and Pino Park, Maya Inn has a terrace. It is set 200 metres from Estadio Enrique Torres Belon and offers a 24-hour front desk. I was warmly greeted on arrival by the kind lady at reception and shown to my room. The room was much larger than expected, very clean and really good value for money. I had an early boat trip booked for the next morning and they offered to prepare breakfast earlier for me. It’s the little things like this that really go along way when you are travelling. The property is a short walk away from the lake and the main square so perfect location to see/do everything you need to while in Puno.

Featuring a terrace, Hostal Oscar Inn is set in Puno in the Puno region, 70 metres from San Antonio Church and 200 metres from Puno Cathedral. everything was good but the owner was exceptionally good, he arranged everything for me, the tour to titicaca lake, picked me from the bus station and dropped me back to the bus station and he did all those things for really fair price. Very nice people, nice clean room, good warm bed, hot water, good breakfast, great location close to main square. Neighborhood feels safe. Conclusion: a great stop during our honeymoon!

Offering lake views, Hospedaje Sumita Wasi is an accommodation set in Puno, 100 metres from Bus Station and 1.3 km from Puno Port. Great little spot by the bus station. SUPER clean and comfortable, with a very friendly staff. Olek worked extremely hard to help make my stay the best it could be and it was a great experience all around. I would absolutely return!
