Located 3.3 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 赤富士亭 offers accommodation with a balcony. It is situated 7.6 km from Lake Kawaguchi and features private check-in and check-out. Very nice, spacious, quiet, and clean apartment with many good utilities. The whole apartment basically has a nice tatami floor and for sleeping there are futons which are also quite nice. The location is very convenient allowing easy and quick access to surrounding sightseeing and hiking places (i.e., with a car). Supermarkets are within walking distance. Great value for the money. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Link House felt like a 'Home away from Home'. As mentioned by other guests Yumiko is a lovely and kind host, her house has a homely feel with all the mod cons and her English is amazing. We really enjoyed our discussions about all things Japan and 'just life in general' while enjoying the warmth of the kotatsu. She gave us some great tips for our visit around Fuji-san and made reservations for us at a popular local restaurant, named Yabu (traditional Japanese food, a real crowd pleaser, don't miss it). Our stay at Link House is one to be repeated :-).

Guest House Zen er gististaður við ströndina í Yamanakako, 18 km frá Fuji-Q Highland og 21 km frá Kawaguchi-vatni. The caretaker is down to earth and extremely accommodating, and SUP’s were a plus!

Offering a shared lounge and mountain view, Guest House 合歓木（ねむ） is set in Hokuto, 41 km from Canora Hall and 34 km from Kamisuwa Station. Beautiful peaceful guesthouse with everything you may need. The owner is a lovely lady who was incredibly helpful.

晴家(HALELUYA) Guest House in Fujikawaguchiko provides adults-only accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace. LOVELY hosts, beautiful views of Mt Fuji, super cool camping room and awesome bike rentals that make getting around very easy. Highly recommend to fellow travellers!

Hana Hostel Fujisan er staðsett í Yoshida og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu. Gististaðurinn er með sameiginlegt eldhús og miðasölu fyrir gesti. Satoshi San is by far one of the sweetest and caring hosts I have ever met. Took the time to explain to us on a map all the best sights to see and where to go during our stay. Facilities were clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen facilities were fantastic.

Renovated in September 2018, Guesthouseほのぼの offers an accommodation with free WiFi in Fujikawaguchiko, 1.3 km from Lake Kawaguchi. I was planning on climbing the Mt fuji and needed a place to stay. That's why i've booked in the guesthouse honobono. Masaya the owner of the guesthouse is an Amazing guy really helpfull and welcoming. The hause is full of memory of his Road trip around the world and of the passage of travelers. You feel like home and it's japanese style ! Bonus you can buy beers there ;)

Guesthouse Murabito opnaði í júlí 2017 og er staðsett í aðeins 2 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Yamanaka-vatni. It was a really nice hostel where you can meet other travellers. It's homely and very comfortable compared to most hostels in Japan. The kitchen and living room area were lovely after so many hostels that had a cold atmosphere. Likewise the big spacious dormitory was great after cramped ones anywhere else I'd been.
