Located 3.3 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 赤富士亭 offers accommodation with a balcony. It is situated 7.6 km from Lake Kawaguchi and features private check-in and check-out. Very nice, spacious, quiet, and clean apartment with many good utilities. The whole apartment basically has a nice tatami floor and for sleeping there are futons which are also quite nice. The location is very convenient allowing easy and quick access to surrounding sightseeing and hiking places (i.e., with a car). Supermarkets are within walking distance. Great value for the money. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Set within 2.9 km of Fuji-Q Highland and 7.2 km of Lake Kawaguchi, LINK HOUSE features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Fujiyoshida. Link House felt like a 'Home away from Home'. As mentioned by other guests Yumiko is a lovely and kind host, her house has a homely feel with all the mod cons and her English is amazing. We really enjoyed our discussions about all things Japan and 'just life in general' while enjoying the warmth of the kotatsu. She gave us some great tips for our visit around Fuji-san and made reservations for us at a popular local restaurant, named Yabu (traditional Japanese food, a real crowd pleaser, don't miss it). Our stay at Link House is one to be repeated :-).

Guest House Zen is a beachfront property situated in Yamanakako, 18 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 21 km from Lake Kawaguchi. The caretaker is down to earth and extremely accommodating, and SUP’s were a plus!

L'allotjament era per nosaltres sols. Vem dormir en tatamis. Ens van deixar ampolles d'aigua, cafè soluble.i te. A la planta de baix hi ha el wc i la dutxa. Tot molt net. També hi ha una nevera i aire acondicionat. També hi ha un menjador, que a l'hora de dinar és un restaurant. Tenen bicicletes per llogar que nosaltres no hem utilitzar. El personal amable, quasi no ens vem veure. Ubicat davant de l'estació de tren i hi ha un supermercat al costat obert 24 hores i un ATM.

晴家(HALELUYA) Guest House in Fujikawaguchiko provides adults-only accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace. LOVELY hosts, beautiful views of Mt Fuji, super cool camping room and awesome bike rentals that make getting around very easy. Highly recommend to fellow travellers!

Featuring a shared lounge, Hana Hostel Fujisan is set in Yoshida. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, and buying tickets for guests. Satoshi San is by far one of the sweetest and caring hosts I have ever met. Took the time to explain to us on a map all the best sights to see and where to go during our stay. Facilities were clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen facilities were fantastic.

Renovated in September 2018, Guesthouseほのぼの offers an accommodation with free WiFi in Fujikawaguchiko, 1.3 km from Lake Kawaguchi. I was planning on climbing the Mt fuji and needed a place to stay. That's why i've booked in the guesthouse honobono. Masaya the owner of the guesthouse is an Amazing guy really helpfull and welcoming. The hause is full of memory of his Road trip around the world and of the passage of travelers. You feel like home and it's japanese style ! Bonus you can buy beers there ;)

Open from July 2017, Guesthouse Murabito is nestled just a 2-minute stroll away from Lake Yamanaka. It was a really nice hostel where you can meet other travellers. It's homely and very comfortable compared to most hostels in Japan. The kitchen and living room area were lovely after so many hostels that had a cold atmosphere. Likewise the big spacious dormitory was great after cramped ones anywhere else I'd been.
