Takako-san was so friendly. The rooms are huge, super comfy and clean. Hair drier in one shower and in the girls’ room as well. Location was near two or three tram stations—Dejima, Ohato, or Chinatown.

木木木木 KIGI MOKU MOKU encontra-se em Sasebo, a 27 km de Huis Ten Bosch, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um terraço. Breakfast was so awesome. The owner lady got up early in the morning and she prepared a Japanese-style breakfast with warm care. I was able to use the sauna even after the breakfast, so I had a pleasant meal and enjoyed the sauna. I left after enjoying a very good rest in hospitality that I can't feel anywhere else in Japan. The bedding in the room was comparable to a 5-star hotel. All the usable spaces were really clean and organized, so just looking at them made me feel good. The usable space is very large compared to typical accommodations in Japan.

The location is really good, 2min from railway station. The host is really friendly and I had nice breakfast. There’s a bar you may order at night but it’s a pity I didn’t have sufficient time here, wish you all the best!

One day, soon I hope, I'll be able to be fluent enough with my Japanese to review places like this one. Nevertheless, still not the case. :'( This place could be described with one world: fabulous. Really, totally, incredibly fabulous. When the bus left me in the middle of nowhere, when I crossed a town slowly, without population to carry out its history, when I found out that the school before the guesthouse was in fact the guesthouse (yeah, should have checked /o), I was as excited as afraid. That was for naught though. Understanding the village his population and history, helps a lot understanding the place. Without children to study in it, the school was closed around 10 years ago, and then repaired, treated with a lot of love and respect until the result you will find there: a cosy, comfortable, clean and warm place run by a bunch of adorable people, always there for advices, recommendations and useful tips. Sleeping alone (not many visitors there !) in this huge empty school may seem a little gloomy and scary (some horror movie vibes ?), you will soon forget about it while enjoying the beautiful scenery surrounding the school, while meeting the villagers and the workers at the tea farm nearby (which were the reason why I went there the first place) and while enjoying the delicious food provided by the hosts (on certain days). These few days were the last of a fantastic month of holidays I spent in Kyushu. Staying there was one of the best ideas I had for sure! お世話になりました!

Yukinoura Guest House Moritaya localiza-se em Saikai, a 38 km de Parque da Paz, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um salão partilhado. Staff was incredibly friendly and treated us very well. It was a pleasure to talk with everyone. The whole place felt like home. I would definitely visit again!

Minshuku Umi no Sachi encontra-se a 40 km de Huis Ten Bosch e apresenta quartos com ar condicionado em Sasebo. Meal was yummy and fish was fresh....we loved the sashimi

Em Unzen, 47 km de Museu de História e Cultura de Nagasaki, TSUDOI guest house apresenta acomodações com ar condicionado e comodidades para churrascos. Tudo excelente, exatamente no centro,local simples,mas limpo e bem cuidado.No momento sendo atendido pela Jenny, muito simpática e com inglês fluente já que é metade canadense.Recomendo a todos.

Ikibase Guest House situa-se em Iki, a 15 minutos a pé de Praia de Tsutsuki, e dispõe de acomodações com um salão partilhado e estacionamento privado gratuito. Stayed at Ikibase guesthouse for 7 days. At the arrival Takuji one of the main staff members welcomed us very warmly. He showed us what we can do on Iki. In addition, he was very courteous and helpful so that he helped us among other things to reserve a bike. Also at the departure he ordered a cab for us on request. In general, the IkI Guesthouse offers everything you need. The 3rd best beaches are also just around the corner. On Iki you should either rent a bike or a car, because there are not supermarkets everywhere.

From the very first moments on the island we felt very comfortable, the accommodation manager picked us up from the harbour on the opposite side of Iki island from the accommodation. Once we arrived at the Guesthouse Wasabi it was a surprise. Rooms kept very well, clean, spacious and very bright. Common areas always clean and well-kept, provided with all kinds of services and the kitchen well equipped. We rented electric bikes for our entire stay and this allowed us to visit heavenly beaches that would have been too far away on foot. Special thanks to Takuya, our host, who was always very kind and infinitely helpful and made our stay so special.
