Our best stay during our three week Japan trip in 2024 with 8 people in total (including a toddler and kindergarten aged kid). The hosts are very nice, the breakfast and dinner they provided for us was exceptional, and the view from our room was great, too. They take great care to be ecologically mindful. Everything was very clean. The owners also provided us with valuable info on what to do during our stay in Kochi, so we had a blast exploring the beautiful nature surrounding this guesthouse.

The guesthouse and the neighborhood are amazing. The owner is one of the nicest and warmest people I have met. The bed was even nicer than that of a much more expensive ryokan. The train ride to the guesthouse was scenic, the location of the accommodation is perfect, the eateries nearby are all good. The place itself was spotless with a really nice shower room. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely brilliant, the host was very friendly and really helped us out with our needs, she was also good fun! The facilities were great, rooms big and comfortable, you even get pajamas! Breakfast was also good , overall a great experience and the best value for money I have had in japan.

One of the best hostels I have been to in Japan. The staff were amazing, the place was comfortable and cosy and it had a really nice atmosphere throughout the whole stay. Have to mention that the owners were very helpful with anything I needed and were super friendly.

Situato a Yusuhara, il Washi Studio Kamikoya offre sistemazioni a 1 stella con giardino. Questa struttura a 1 stella offre un deposito bagagli. We brought the groceries for dinner up from the supermarket in Yusuhara and prepared it in the guesthouse. There are no shops nearby - best to prepare in advance and make sure you have what you need. A delicious breakfast was provided and waiting for us in the fridge when we got up in the morning. We prepared the eggs and enjoyed everything with the fresh-baked bread.

Very unique mountain top location in traditional Japanese home, but made very comfortable with everything needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend if looking for an experience off the beaten path. We especially enjoyed warming up in the fire pit, while BBQing a delicious meal and enjoying the relaxing and awesome views from the mountains.

The place is located in a calm and beautiful area, it is well maintained and the owners were really nice and helpful people.
