Everything. Nice room and bathroom. They clean the room everyday.Fan plus AC system. There is a fridge also in the room. Staff was super hepful and they recommended us a lot of places and restaurants.

Marbella Guest House exceeded all of our already high expectations! It was in a perfect location, close to the historic fort, beach and restaurants. The common areas were beautiful - particularly the garden area - and our room was incredible; even better than the pictures! The breakfast was amazing and Sajjan, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We’d give this 12/10 and can’t wait to return!

Localizado em Candolim, o The Sovereign Villa dispõe de um jardim. Cada quarto está equipado com uma varanda com vista para o jardim. Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. If you want to stay in an old traditional house right in the middle of the Latin Quarters of Fontainhas, that’s the place! The terrace is amazing, full of beautiful plants. Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful historic house in a the peaceful Campal area of Panjim. Deric has made this charming property into a comfortable homestay while preserving and enhancing its antique features. The whole place has a feeling of quiet dignity, yet Deric is so welcoming it feels like home. The rooms are spacious and cool and the plants and trees are a delight. The home stay is within easy walking distance of the commercial Centre and there are taxis and a choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served a few steps away across the road at a restaurant where the food is good and the service prompt and friendly. Deric is an exceptionally kind and considerate host. He checked every day that I had everything I needed and even gave me a late check out in another room because I had an evening flight. I sincerely recommend Vivenda Rebelo to any traveler who values quiet, tasteful decor, value for money, and a genuinely kind host.
