Robby and his wife are great hosts, the breakfast is included everyday and you can choose what you want to eat. We wanted to have a local experience in a guest house and we loved that place. No regrets. If you prefer to stay in a family house and atmosphere, then don't hesitate and just go there, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Robby for all your help and to accomodate us during our stay, if we have a chance to come back in Dundee we will definitely choose this place again as 1st choice.
