While I can't remember everyone's name, Mark is one that stands out - so helpful our first day. Checked our bags so we could sightsee until check in. Every staff Member was so kind, friendly and helpful. And they assisted us with the different and wonderful beverage machines in the lobby. 14/10 would recommend and visit again.
