I loved my stay in this house and would definitely stay here again if I'd get the chance. Top ratings for their staff as they're very accommodating. I didn't need to see them to feel welcomed and tended to. They messaged every step of the way and always replied to messages when I initiated. The room was tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I rested well each night. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location is near many food stalls, the train station, a grocery, and the venue for the event i flew over for. The free bottled waters saved me a ton since it's hot in thailand, and I need to make sure I'm hydrated for my whole stay. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! Thank you for such a great experience!

This is a very old house, the house is renovated, very humanistic features, and the boss's service is very good. I have lived here many times, very comfortable, looking forward to next time we meet

It was ok I only stayed one night very dark outside and in a weird location but facilities were good and the owner was nice, a bit limited english

Everything! This place is so charming, we stayed 3 nights more than planned here! Staff is great, food is amazing, rooms are comfortable, bathrooms/showers are clean and the atmosphere is unmatched:)

Cosy room, nice shared showers and toilets, everything is very clean, locely common rooms. Loved that it was a more local neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place to stay, staff is always there to help and responds quickly. even though the location is close to all sights and has everything you need during your stay, it is still quiet in the night and feels calm and comfortable. I will stay here anytime I come to Bangkok!
