Great price, clean and modern room. Easy to park a car. We were transiting, so for us, the location was perfect. Wifi was good and the lady who welcomed us was nice and speaks English. If we need to stay again in or around Nis, I would not hesitete to return.

Everything. Truly one of the finest guesthouses in the world, run by some of the world's finest people. You would be wise to spend some time with Vojkan and Datsa on your trip to Niš. They are some of the greats. An unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return. On top of the hospitality, the room is perfect: comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, AC, a fridge, and a desk, in a restored original building in the very center of town only a few minutes walk to both the river and the fortress and the famed Tinkers alley. 10 stars is not enough.
