Wonderful guest house with all of the amenities you could ask for. Marco and Joana are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We can't recommend this accommodation more for a long weekend in the Douro Valley, off-street and secure parking was another huge bonus!

Really huge house. Much better than on the pictures. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt like the owners ( some duke or very successful merchants from 100 years ago) left it for us to a couple of days. We truly enjoyed it.

Such a wonderful location. The view is amazing. Also, Margarida is a very lovely host, she made us feel really welcome. We also really liked the tour from Luis through their vineyard. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the Douro Valley.

This is a remote location which after 5 weeks of heavy travel was much appreciated, beautiful views. The earlier reviews noted it was smart to bring my own food which I did. It was a wonderful retreat for a few days! This place is clean it is comfortable and the host is the absolute best. Daniel made sure I found his spot by guiding me there himself due to a road closure, the next day when I got turned around he helped me again. He is gracious very accomodati g and makes awesome PORT!

The location is absolutely stunning. The house itself is even better than the pictures and the hosts were great. Be sure to try their wines. We especially enjoyed the port.

Was a treat to stay at a winery in the heart of the Douro. Luis and his staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Luis was very informative and willing to share his knowledge on the wine industry. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding. We were made to feel very much at home. Would highly recommend to any traveller for a couple nights.

Loved everything. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Staff was really friendly, rooms were amazing, beds so comfortable. Breakfast was great. 20 mns walk to centre but it's a lovely walk along the Douro River.
