Where do we start?! From the moment we made the booking to arriving this beautiful very centrally located B&B we were made to feel special and so very welcome. We have stayed at many places in Europe and Worldwide and have never received a warmer, friendlier welcome than we did from Andrea & Carla. Andrea was brilliant, suggesting places to visit and recommendations for places to eat, we were not disappointed. Our apartment was beautifully/tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean. There was a communal kitchen which was very well stocked with various beverages, hot & cold as well as numerous snacks (all included in the price). Breakfast was delivered for your room at 7am in the morning, a great selection of cold meats, cheeses, fresh croissants and rolls. There are many 5* venues out and about that could learn a lesson from Residenza Elisabetta. Thank you again for making our stay such a pleasurable experience. John & Kathy (Menorca)

Conveniently located with the bus stop to the train station just 1-2 min away. It is well served by the local buses. Lovely location by the River Adige. Walking distance to most all attractions. Our Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and River View was spacious and pretty. It had a good view of the river (see attached picture). The room was well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Toilet facilities were fine. Lift was available so only need to carry your bags about 4 steps up the porch to reach the lobby level. Lovely to have a common room to prepare food and eat if you don’t want to go out. Pay per use washer and dryer came in handy. The residence has a common use roof top terrace with a nice view of the city. Finally, the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. I would not hesitate to recommend the Lady Verona Residence and would definitely stay here again if in Verona. Tip: The Verona Pass recommended to us by the staff was good value and if you buy it early, it will cover your transport to and from the train station and further out places where you can get better value restaurants by avoiding the more touristy areas.

Nastanitev je bila zelo lepo urejena, soba prostorna in čista. Do Arene je 5 min hoje. Lastnik Francesco poskrbi za vsako podrobnost in s svojim koristnimii napotki olajša tvoje bivanje v Veroni. V kolikor se še kdaj vrnemo v Verono, bo Arena Suite naša prva izbira pri iskanju nastanitve. Toplo priporočam.

Excellent accommodations that look recently remodeled. It is a great value and very convenient - right next to Verona train station. We only stayed one night but everything was perfect for our short trip to Verona!

10/10 I loved this apartment! When I travel, I mostly expect three things: extreme cleanliness, perfect location and a coffee machine in the room. Arena d’Intorno has provided all of it and more! It is located in a quiet street right at the city center, quick walkable distance to any of the famous objects. Verona Arena is just around the corner! Also, the train station Porta Nuova is a walkable distance from the apartment. Most importantly the apartment also has A/C, which is hard to find elsewhere in Italy if you are staying in the city center. The temperatures were super high so it was very helpful. Getting there is easy as well as there is an elevator and you do not need to worry about carrying your stuff to the third floor. The view is great because you can see a sunset from your windows and a loveky green park with rooftops of Italian architecture. Also, as I have mentioned, there is a coffee machine and some snacks in the room that are included in the price. The owner Angela is the sweatest lady that explained everything and showed me around as well as provided anything extra that I needed for my stay. I was also very lucky since Angela noticed that I was travelling solo and took her time to show me around the city! It was such a great experience and allowed me to get to know Verona through Italian eyes. Thank you for such a lovely stay and if I ever come back to Verona, I would be happy to stay here again!

Facility was so clean and comfortable, very good location(less than 10 minutes walking to bus and train station) BEST HOSTS EVER! So kind and helpful to whatever we needed, real hosts who do their job with love, totally stole our hearts. I would love to come back again.
