We loved our stay here. It was very clean, the facilities were great, the staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious. The location was a short walk from the centre and being a bit further out meant the property had a lovely pool.

Mario the Owner was very very helpfull, well mannered and lead us to all amenities around all best restaurants and whereabouts, he provided a secure place to park our car, also his Helper ( forgot her name ) she takes care of all the cleaning and the breakfast among other things, she was very well mannered and helpfull. TOP !! ROOMS INFRONT OF THE BEACH of San Vito lo Capo beach and the views are stunning, all the HAPPENININGS in the area are 3 miniuts walk on the promanade.

Staff was amazing It was close enough to beach, restaurants, but not so close that you had all night noise, etc.

Great view from the living room, big space, really cozy! The breakfast was ok, coffee of choice freshly made and croissant/local pastry or sandwich, along with a choice of sweet toppings.

Everything was new and perfectly clean. The breakfast was also very good. The couple who owns the place is very welcoming and they also helped us when we stupidly locked us out of the room! It could have been a very unpleasant moment but the lady immediately came to help and, always with a smile on her face, she lost her time without complaining in order to find a solution. Totally recommend!
