We liked that it was in the historical part of Chioggia and close to the main sights. Cristina was a lovely host and a true artist! Her photos and poems were delightful. It was fascinating to discover that the building is from the 1600s even though it is newly refurbished.

Staying here was such a wonderful experience. Laura and Patrizio were such wonderful hosts, that greeted us with such a warm welcome and even helped us find a free parking spot nearby. The rooms is wonderful and has a great view of the city. The glass door on the bathroom offers little privacy though, but if you are close with your partner is no big deal :) For breakfast, you get a coupon to use in the nearby cafe - the breakfast there is just amazing! Typical italian breakfast - cappuccino, orange juice and croissant. Delicious! If you are staying in Chiogga, I would definitely recommend staying here!

It's in a very good location. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, two grocery stores down the street and a bakery in opposite the house. The breakfast in the bakery was heavenly. The owner welcomed us who was very kind and helpful.

Very friendly owners and location is perfect for exploring the town. Owners also have good connections with restaurants and know where is best food in town. Very recommended 👌

The villa is placed in quiet neighbourhood close to the beach. There was a lot of space in the room, well designed bathroom. The room was also soundproofed well. Nice addition was the presence of standing close dryer in the room. Pleasant window view to the grasslands nearby.

Massimo (the host) was delightful to deal with and welcomed us with charme and coffee on the roof top terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, airconditioning worked well and we had a pleasant stay. Our dog was welcome too. The view from the rooftop was a lovely bonus.

The rooms are just as astounding as they are in the pictures! The aesthetic, ambience and cleanliness is wonderful. The house looks freshly renovated, it looks and feels amazingly comfortable. The owner was so nice and even gave us a free upgrade to the green room as a honeymoon gift! We will come back again, it was a wonderful stay :)

Very modern and clean apartment. Walk to the beach 5 min and to the old town of Chioggia around 10 to 15 min. Christina is a great host, she gave us a lot of advices for restaurants. Communication was very easy. Thank you
