Completely renovated floor located on the second floor of an old building. When you walk into the building, it is scary because it’s very run down and poorly maintained, but when you get to the second floor it is a spotless boutique hotel, with beautiful decor mixing modern and classic styles. Breakfast was delicious! VERY clean, comfortable, and the hostess is fabulous.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few steps from the main square of the city. Everything can be reached on foot. The actual condition of the apartments exceeded our expectations. We traveled with an infant, the room temperature, noise level, and window shutters were perfect for him. There were some flaws, but they did not create any discomfort at all. Customer orientation is at the highest level!

Very beautiful, clean, arty, and luxurious stay. Location is the heart of Catania, you can destinate the best restaurants in town in 3 minutes. The team is very kind and always ready to help. Btw, great coffee for free. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely come back to Sicily and already know where to stay :)

Nice view of the city including of Etna! Great central location convenient to bus and metro stops, a nice grocery store, many restaurants and the main shopping area. Good lighting options, excellent responsiveness on WhatsApp, VERY clean and new facilities, sheets, towels, and nice bathroom. I appreciated the TV, desk, comfortable chairs, armoire, and mini-fridge! Also LOVED the keyless entry into the building, the hotel, and the room and not having to carry or figure out a bunch of different keys as I've done at other places in Catania. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. Big windows. Enjoyed the balcony. Appreciated the A/C. They will have a spa soon it seems and that will be so nice!

Ljepše i bolje nego što smo očekivali. Onako umorne i nas je dočekao preukusan keks, kafa i voda, to je bio prvi utisak, sledeći čistoća na nivou, prostrano kupatilo, terasa sa prelijepim pogledom na Etnu, lijepa spavaća soba... Blizu centra grada. Sve je zaista bilo savršeno.

The apartment is really nice, very clean and spacious. Not a speck of dust to be found. The bed was very comfortable. There is a desk in the room, a nice closet. The bathroom was perfect, lots of hot water and excellent pressure. Dario the owner is very nice and personable. He was very helpful with good advice. When I mentioned to him that I am celiac he sent me a list of restaurants where I could eat. I could also use the kitchen, the washing machine. There is a supermarket in front. You can easily walk to the historic center. The walk from the train and bus station is about 20 minutes. 2 blocks away is a very beautiful part of the city.

Loredana and Alessandro are amazing hosts, no words to describe their kindness and hospitality. Hotel is beautiful, decorated with so much taste and well situated.
