Newly build appartment, lots of space, beautiful view of the old town. Close to the beach 3 mins walk, 30 mins walk to the old town along the sea shore. Loved everything..

Just a perfect stay. At a horse ranch, simply fabulous! Surrounded by pure nature, away from the stress and chaos of summer tourist crowds. The host Barbara and all of her family are simply amazing, so heartful and welcoming we felt like part of the family from day 1. The house is amazing, every detail so thoughtful, the pictures on Booking dont do it justice. Much much better in person. 100 % we are coming back, but for longer. Our daughters loved the horse back riding lessons with Barbara's father, an excellent teacher. Overall one of the best experiences while travelling for us!!

We loved our room, very cozy, lovely! Room was fully equipped, mini fridge, coffee machine, cups, nice little armchair, etc. Bathroom was also very nice, fully equipped. Everything was clean. Host was very friendly, we went also to his restaurant next to apartments - delicious food! We can recommend for everyone who likes to stay in small village with nice atmosphere, everything was so close - one minute and you are on the beach. We stayed in June, so there weren’t many people in this and other villages.

Super well appointed apartments! Big fridge with freezer (plus ice cube tray), a cute kitchen with lots of kitchenware (electric kettle, espresso maker and coffee filters, frying pans and so on). There were staple foods like sugar, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, tea bags and they even provided panty liners in the bathroom (very cool!!). The pool is small but nice, with a countercurrent system, a solar shower and sunbeds. It’s just a 5 minutes drive to Umag and there‘s a restaurant (3 minutes) and a little supermarket (20 minutes) within walking distance. The hosts are very lovely (she speaks perfect German). We only stayed for one night (journey through), but we really enjoyed it and will come back for sure :)
