Quans homestay was really perfect for us. We have already decided that this will be our accomodation always when we visit Paris. Perfect location with a metro station on the doorstep, perfectly comfortable accomodation which would be a perfect fit not only fot a short, but also for a longer stay. Beutifuly decorated, equipped to cover more then your needs are, here you will find really literally everything what you wouldnt expect to have in such an accomodation. Wonderful host, very kind and accommodating. The apartment had most things you would need. The hot tub on the terrace was nice. The apartment was comfortable, but everything seemed to be tired and needing an update. The breakfast was very nice.

This apartment has a very nice location - in a nice neighborhood, next to metro station and many buses that can quickly take you anywhere. Also, Lidl is very close and few other shops and restaurants. Place is clean, warm and cool and a perfect base for your Paris visit. If you like to walk, you can take a nice walk from this place to city center - around 40 minutes to Pantheon of very pleasant path.
