Beautiful property in the middle of the nature

it's a great location - just in center of all touristic attractions and restaurants streets, with some great restaurants just in front of the hotel. From the rooftop terrace you also can enjoy an amazing veiw of the city. One of the best things about the hotel - fantastic personnel! They are super friendly and super helpful! The team went above and beyond helping us to have great time in Mallorca.

Alex & the team have a great concept, style, and exceptional location. The ancient house is wonderfully renovated. Throughout there are gems like 200 year old doors combined with an eclectic, tropical interior design. Our small loft and tiny bathroom were very well thought through and felt comfortable. Perfect for sight seeing Palma, maybe not for a long stay (unless you’re in a suite). Host was very nice, available and shared lots of good tips.

Nearby are lots of restaurant and a market. The room was clean and Giorgia was friendly. She offered us free drinks in the fridge, storage room to place our luggage before and after check in and out. Free amenities like toothbrush, soap etc. Free wifi, netflix and prime to watch. She was very accomodating and it was easy to communicate with hee.

The customer service was exceptional, with easy accessibility via Whatsapp and prompt assistance. The central location was convenient for exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, providing a no-frills but satisfying stay. Considering the level of service and comfort, the property offered great value for the price.

It is an unique spit in Palma. If you are looking to learn and live in a place full of history, this is the stay. It was super clean, stuff is very welcome and friendly. It was definitely a supeb stay, and it make our trip worthy.

Mallorca Art House is welcoming and perfect for spending a few days in Mallorca. It is close to a bus stop, although the center can be reached in just ten minutes on foot. Every room has its keys and privacy is perfectly respected. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet place to stay without spending too much.
