All staff were really friendly. Bruno was particularly helpful 😁 The room was fantastic. Good aircon, great size, and best shower of the trip. Wide choice at breakfast, and the breakfast staff were really nice and made a great omelette!

Everything! The room was beautifully clean, we had a private bathroom, the pool was cleaned daily and the various seating areas, including the hammock were really comfortable. But what made this place really special was Berta & Berto. They were the most amazing hosts, full of tips about the island, full of kindess and a zest for life and so generous. It felt like a home away from and we will definitely return next time we go to Ilhabela!
