A very nice, clean and quiet pousada, 5-10” walk to the city center!! Clovis Jr was very helpfull and allways avaible!! Breakfast was great in all his details!! Obrigado Clovis and family!! Ate mais!!

Host was so helpful and kind. Booked tours for me, brought fresh towels a couple of days in.I asked for a blanket and no arguments just kindly gave it to me unlike other places that try to justify not giving you one. Let me check out a bit later as I had a later bus. Location close to restaurants and convenience store. Just overall good people.

The owners are old couple and very kind. Although they cannot speak English, we can communicate by body language. I spent really nostalgic time in this accommodation. Reasonable price, but a little bit inconvenient location for sightseeing.

I really enjoyed the host, Paulo, who treated me with great hospitality and assistance throughout my stay. I felt like visiting family when I stayed with this pousada. The location is a bit far from the downtown area, about a 25 minutes walk, but very quiet at night. Which is really great if one desires a good rest after the day activities. Paulo was very kind to assist me in my travel visits and quite patient with my poor Portuguese ! Highly recommended for a cozy and simple pousada for a relaxing holiday.

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast also was excellent with lots of options. The grounds were immaculately kept.
