The person that met us at the apartment was very helpful and very nice. We could not figure how to put the heat on and when I texted her, she immediately knocked on the door to show us how it worked.

Everything was great: cleanness, location, view, facilities (kitchen, bathroom). I enjoyed my stay and definitely would like to stay here next time when I visit Brugge. The street is quiet. I think it is the best apartment I have ever rented.

We liked almost everything. Big, spacious room with big bathroom. The both were daily cleaned. Viviene the owner was one of the best owners whose we have ever met - she heated up milk for our little son in her microwawe and also heated/prepared fries for us. She also agreed that we could use the room a little bit longer (until our bus was leaving) for no additional cost. My wife said that we felt like in home. Guesthouse is located literally 4 minutes from the Belfort and the main square, still was the room quite. We have to recommend this accomodation for every traveller.
