Everything was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the rooftop terrace is even better than the photos we saw before, etc. However, the real star of this place is the hostess. We felt so welcomed and cared for. She went out of her way to help us, and we are very grateful for everything she did. We hope to stay here again someday!

Wonderful boutique accommodation within easy walking distance to the heart of Berat. The owner and his family were extremely attentive. The room we had was modern and very clean with easily the best shower facility we have had in our travels. The accommodation comes with a courtyard where you can safely park your car. The restaurant at the front of property is run by the owner and serves delicious well priced food from breakfast to dinner. We had a wonderful stay.

They treated us like we were their children ( in the best way ) - everything about the room was perfect - clean and comfortable - probably the best hosted breakfast we’ve ever had in our travel experience . the most amazing home cooked meal using fruits from their garden . just wonderful ! - the location is perfect , just a 5 minute walk to the main tourist centre

We didn’t get to meet Xho, but we met her brilliant grandmother, who spoke no English, but was wonderful, so smiley and happy to help. Her genuine warm and kindness made our holiday. We had our best breakfast in Albania sat in the garden under the fruit trees. It was truly a magical place

It was absolutely amazing! Very nice place to relax, beautiful property, a great room, and the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. The homemade wine and Raki they served us was actually the best I’ve had, and the breakfast was delicious. Could not recommend this place enough!

The hosts are just the lovliest people. We got some plums and raki for free. The breakfast in the little terrace is amazing. We could park out car until 12:30 on our check out day so we could finish the free walking tour. It's really heartwarming and you feel so welcome.

There is a big common terrace, where you have a nice view of the city, with a glass of wine. The breakfast was exeptional, diverse (sweet and savory). The street is really quiet. We enjoied the stay a lot. There is a 3 minute walk up a hill from parking. Berat is really hilly, tight, steep streets so it's a + there even is a parking.

You walk a few steps, and you are on a busy street, the mosque is shielding you, you hear nothing and feel you are somewhere in a quiet place. Tomor gave us many recommendations on where to go and what to see in the city.
