The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The owners even dropped off some fans for us as the weather got very warm. Beautiful decor with lovely cosy vibe to make it luxury home from home stay. We stayed two occasions at the start and end on our travel to Scotland and it was the perfect half way stopping point. Also close to Aldi & Tesco for food supplies. The site itself is lovely with lots of ducks!

The location was beautiful, however the lodge is closer to the A59 and was very noisy if you're not used to being near a busy road. The lodge was super clean and has everything you need.

Stayed in caravan as have family near by the caravan was great had everything we needed. The onside bar and restaurant only 2 min walk and food was good. We would stay again.
