Located in Camacha, in a historic building, 10 km from Marina do Funchal, Quinta da Moscadinha is a farm stay with a garden and bar. The place is impeccable and has a great vibe! Everything was perfect, the breakfast was so tasty and the bed was actually more comfortable than the one i have at home (which is a first for me)

Boasting a patio with city views, a rooftop pool and a garden, A Casa Estrelícia-Dourada Garcês can be found in São Vicente, close to Sao Vicente Beach and 16 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming... It was one of my most pleasant stays ever. It felt like home and I got fresh eggs and homemade wine but also recommendations of what to do. I can highly recommend this family owned accommodation. Quinta das Hortensias is a traditional Madeira home located in Arco de São Jorge, on the north Coast of Madeira Island. The unit features views over the Atlantic Ocean and the lush Laurissilva Forest.... On the North side of Madeira, I sought out this lodging because I believed it would be quiet and beautiful, which it certainly was. In addition, the host Viriato was incredibly kind and responsive, with personalized recommendations and a connection to the lived life of the island. The cottages are nicely renovated old homes, both charming and comfortable which is my ideal in a stay away from home. The gardens and outside areas surrounding the cottage are expertly crafted places for taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. There are several roads and paths where you can walk directly to the beachfront, and parking is easy if you brave the mountainous roads of Madeira. I Highly recommended!

Offering an idyllic setting in an Agroturism property, Casas de Pedra is located in Camacha, a Madeiran village located 12 km from Funchal city centre. It offers free WiFi access. It’s a paradise! I would say that it’s one of the best experiences during our traveling. It’s beautiful, calm, clean and so cozy. We stoked the fireplace everyday and enjoyed our vacation. Also, I want to highlight the high level of service! They proposed a check in any time because house was already free, they cleaned room everyday (!) when we were outside. Breakfast is really good!

The location was as depicted. Serene and verdant mountain countryside. A quiet and tranquil venue. Very relaxing. Cottages/studios were very comfortable and cozy. Venue was within walking distance from locally owned restaurants, cafes, and small market. Very quaint. Locals were very friendly & receptive. The Sunday farmers' market is a must see and do

Featuring a balcony with quiet street views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Quinta Terezinha can be found in Ribeira Brava, close to Lugar de Baixo Beach and 2.9 km from Ribeira Brava Beach. The place is amazing, nice view, nice garden with the possibility of picking some fruits. The kitchen is fully furnished, and we were warmly welcomed by the host. The place was perfect for my family, my son played a lot with the cats and the goats, we fed the chickens, we had a lot of fun. It is also in a strategical position, close to Funchal, Ribeira Brava, Ponta do Sol etc, but of course a car is needed.

Moinho do Comandante is located in São Roque, in Madeira. The unit is in a naturally green property, which features a spring of drinkable water. Homes at the Comandante’s come with a seating area. Unusual. Different. More of a home than a hotel
