Free to almost treat everything as your own with some wonderful meals cooked by Monica too. It was in the end difficult to leave (with a box of freshly picked plums for the journey supplied by Gianni!) Wished we had stayed for longer - will be back. Thank you so much Gianni and Monica, made our holiday in Italy very special!

Agriturismo Poggio Degli Ulivi features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Bomarzo, 43 km from Duomo Orvieto. The breakfast was great and what a lovely location! We really enjoyed our time there, very peaceful and very close to Rome.

Boasting an open-air bath, garden and views of garden, Il Poggio di Musignano is situated in Musignano, 40 km from Cascate del Mulino Thermal Springs. What a fantastic bnb in tranquil surroundings amongst the olive groves but just a short drive to restaurants etc. David was so welcoming, understanding of our needs and so kindly allowed us late check out! We would highly recommend this bnb and will definitely be back.

Santa Lucia Maccarese - Residenza Agricola in Maccarese provides adults-only accommodation with an open-air bath and a bar. We really enjoyed our stay here because of the nice and very clean rooms, the beautiful pool and really tasty, fresh food. But above all, because of the super friendly staff who made us feel at home from the first minute! We enjoyed the location: outside of the busy city but close enough for a daytrip to both Rome and the beach.

Located in Maenza and only 40 km from National Park of Circeo, La fattoria di Carlotta provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The couple that manages the property were very nice and accommodating. They help us host a beautiful dinner for our extended family in the area...and the food...especially the products they produce on the farm...was delicious.
