Absolutely stunning. What a gorgeous place! I wish I had booked longer. I had one of the Glamping units overlooking the sea. No toilet but the price to pay for the perfect position! Absolutely gorgeous and you could hear the sound of the waves at night. That is, obviously if you weren't foolish enough to put on your air-conditioning! I saw the penguins come out of the sea and waddle up the hill. Make sure you have the red torch and do not do not do not shine the white torch on them as it disorientates them. I stayed until 11 at night watching them as I was so mesmerized. What a fabulous amazing place this is. Book at least two nights .

The owner, Rod, was extremely friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The farm and surrounding scenery were just beautiful and we would take long walks in the afternoon and evening, accompanied by one of their dogs. We had a chicken hang out near our back door and the cows at times were close by as well. Rod took us into the field to brush the Highland cattle, which we really enjoyed. The views of the hills, the bay and parts of the Port Arthur historic site were just gorgeous. We would definitely stay at Ruby‘s cottage again.

Offering farm-stay accommodation in Sassafras, North West Tasmania, Robin Hoods Well Farm Stay features free WiFi and free private parking on site. ローンセストンからはそこそこ距離があったものの、主要幹線道路沿いにあり、移動にはとても便利。養蜂家のファームだけあって日頃買えないようなはちみつもお土産で買うことができた。コテージはとても清潔でオーナーがしっかり手入れをしているのがよくわかる。こちらが遅くにチェックインをしたり帰宅したりした時も暗い中迷わないように暖房や電気をつけておいてくれた。近くに食事処はないがデロレインのスーパーで買い物をしておけばキッチン用品が揃っているので不自由はしなかった。

Set on a lovely property featuring a vineyard, olive grove and river, Taras Richmond Farmstay offers country-style accommodation with free breakfast and free WiFi. LOVED IT! From driving down the well maintained farm track, to the warm welcome, to the animals, to the banter, to the breakfasts! Kim and Sharon are lovely hosts, and are passionate about what they do, where they live and the animals (farm and domestic) they share their lives with. They are also very easy to chat to. The unit we stayed in was perfect - and immaculately clean. The bed linen was hotel standard. The breakfast is delivered at a time between 7:30 and 8:30, and consists of warm, freshly baked bread, homemade jam, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, plunger coffee granules, and, if you are lucky, freshly laid chicken eggs (you cook them how you like them). I can't wait to recommend, and to revisit. The only negative comment is that I didn't get to see the new 'home' for their duck, known as Thousand Dollar Duck! A new pond was being installed for it. ☺️😂

Wi-Fi was banging! the views from Mt Rumney are spectacular. Now having said all of that remember that you are staying on a farm. There are animals and all the stuff needed to take care of them so you may see a pile of fencing material or farm equipment. I’ve stayed in cottages in the middle of vineyards that weren’t half as comfortable, welcoming and worth the value as this property. I arrived early and the host welcomed me with no issues. If you want a great place to stay without all the fru-fru I would highly recommend this property.
