The cabin was such a relaxing place to be, exactly what we were after. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented (inside and out) with quality fittings. The breakfast hamper was extensive and the kitchen facilities meant we didn’t need to eat out. It was just a super place to spend time at, both in the cabin and wandering around the property. Sadly we didn’t see any platypus.

The location is easily reachable from Brisbane. The views and facilities are great. The host is very friendly and supportive

Beautiful serene setting,the best that nature can offer,sit back and just relax,very clean and had everything u need,Beautiful cheese platter and complimentary wine on arrival,just an awesome relaxing setting 😎

Situated on 20 acres of farmland, Blackwattle Farm is just a 10-minute drive from Australia Zoo. The location was excellent and the Cabin was beautiful and provided everything we needed for a totally relaxing stay. Breakfast was also excellent including fresh eggs daily from the farm .
