Casa da Azenha , is a wondefull place, its like a fairy tale when you enter you are transported to another time. It's like an imaginary garden placed within the vines. There, you will have the amazing company of the birds, fruits, gardens, flowing warter, antiques decorative photos, paitings. The best of "Casa da Azenha" will be the staff, they will treat you as a real member of their family, they created a dinner in the garden for my birthday full of food, wine and candles that blew the minds of my guests, if you have a special request you ask and they magically transform it to reality to you. The location is very good, very close to regua (10m car) and very close to the notorious quinta da pacheca (20m walk or 3m car), you can walk around the property or adventure your self by bike in the secondary roads. You have parking space inside the house. The rooms have an old style rustic full of pictures, decor and many books you can read. The pool is very nice, sunny, and beautifully integrated in the environment. The breakfast is fair and home made, with fresh products. Alzira is special, she is the all hands , she cooks the most delicious food.

Quinta de Santa Julia is an enchanting place. A fairytale forest greets you and opens up to the most exceptional view of the Douro valley. The 17th century villa, breathtaking views, and amazing infinity pool are not to be missed. Eduardo was charming and generous, the family history, tour, and port was an unforgettable experience. There’s no place like this in the world!

Amazing house, with beautiful bedrooms. Really peaceful spot. With gorgeous views of the river and the nature. Outside pool really well located and a cool inside pool. The owners are amazing and talented storytellers and hosts. The dinner was spectacular, the wine, the meat, all amazing.
