Beautiful property, very nice and friendly staff. Felt like visiting our own family. Excellent dinner with tasting menu with option to order vegetarian food for one person in 4 person group. Good vine. The best limoncello ever! But the biggest Thank you is for the family that owns this property- you are doing wonderful job it was great staying there.

We loved everything about our stay at Il Bonagino. The location is great for exploring all the towns, vineyards and sights of Chianti…and the view from the property is stunning. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all we needed. The staff were fabulous, particularly Kena, who is the heart and soul of Il Bonagino. Super friendly and helpful…nothing was too much trouble. She provided heaps of tips for places to visit (& eat) throughout Chianti and for the rest of our time in Tuscany! Just fabulous and highly recommend.

Fantastiskt boende på ett underbart läge. Vilken infart till vingården! Det var stora och fina rum, magisk utsikt och mycket trevlig personal. Lagom stort ställe och mycket fint, total avkoppling. Vacker swimmingpool och mycket god mat serverades. Det var barbecue en kväll och supergott. Njöt av magnifik solnedgång från den vackra terassen. Personalen var mycket vänliga och bemötte gästerna med värme och öppenhet. Det fanns olika vackra sittplatser runt om i trädgården. Vacker inredning, vi bodde på andra våningen i rum Sangiovese. Kan varmt rekommendera denna vackra plats. Det gick att få vinprovning på deras Winery en bit bort. Vi besökte detta när vi begav oss mot Florens och köpte några flaskor med hem. Även där bemöttes vi av trevlig personal och vackra vinodlingar!

This was our 4th time at Villa Di Capovento and every time is just as great as the first time (if not better)! What makes it so special? the attention to detail, local produce, love and care - intimate setting and stunning views. We were welcomed so lovely by the owners and also received a room upgrade, which was entirely unexpected but so appreciated. Stella and Ettore ensured we had everything we needed for our work and in the afternoons/evenings we got to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal prepared by Ettore and his team. the menu changes daily and every meal we had was outstanding with local ingredients. the breakfast is also exceptional - from homemade fresh juices, fresh fruit mixes and cakes to plates of local cheeses and cured meats. Even eggs to order from their own chickens! Special mention to Stella’s cannoli - my husband’s favourite dessert on earth - and her bread - it’s hard not to fill up on her delicious home made bread and their own olive oil before you get to enjoy the rest of the meal! thanks for having us - we will certainly be back!

Alessandra was a delight! She was friendly, helpful with answering questions about the area and available for our needs. The room was beautiful comfortable and very clean. The grounds on property were beautiful, lush and green ,with flowers, olive trees and grapes. The location was peaceful and easy walking distance to little village. We got the breakfast which was extra but was well worth it. Alessandra set up our breakfast in the shared kitchen. We had espresso, fruit, yogurt and croissant. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.
