Beautiful place to visit, Paolo (the owner) has been extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was massive and the breakfast was fresh with delicious croissants. It’s very close to Perugia and other cities so a great place for short city trips. The place is magical with the beautiful entrance through old trees alongside the road and magnificent picturesque views of Umbria!!

The hotel manager Antonella went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable, keeping great communication through WhatsApp, and as a bonus: remembering our coffee orders. Would love the chance to come back someday!

Erika and Mark made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Erika very kindly made reservations at great restaurants and also provided an itinerary for us to make the most of our stay. The property is picturesque and there is a nice little walk you can do to stretch your legs. Breakfast was a real treat especially the cake of the day!! Thank you Erika and Mark 😊
