We were traveling with our dog and they provided us with a room closest to the door for the best accessibility and made us feel very welcome, which is not always the case when traveling with pets in Iceland.

You can see the ocean from the breakfast room and from the deck on the farmhouse where we stayed. Cozy, clean, comfortable room. There were plenty of large spaces to hang out: large comfy sofa with a TV and a couple of Papasan chairs and large tables and chairs where you could sit and play games. There was a whole other building with another room that had ping pong table, and the shared kitchen, but it was very cold out there. We had an incredible northern lights viewing here!

The breakfast room had a beautiful view (when the rain stopped). I purchased Breakfast which included coffee, toast, a selection of jams/ marmalade, fruit, cheese and ham and sweet waffles freshly made by the host

Einar, her husband and his daughter showed us the barn with lots of sheeps, ponys, cats, dogs and rabbits. An experience I will never forget. You won‘t get any closer to Icelandic farmers I guess.
