The staff who was in VIP lobby was so helpful and accommodated me even though I was in the wrong building and gave us free VIP valet service. I really feel they value every kind of customer and it is a big factor. The room was just superb, it has an Ipad to control everything in the room and to request anything to the hotel. They have a separate shower and toilet (with Hi-tech automatic bowl) and the space is something! Bath tub w the pool view and walk in dressing room is wow! I am so fascinated and would def recommend this and stat again when Im get back in Philippines. It is the best hotel in Philippines without a doubt.

They will always check cars coming in, including the boot and running metal detectors under cars. Also, there's always at least 2 staff at the counter 24/7. With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

Clean and modern rooms. Beds were comfortable. The service was amazing. Also the food at the restaurant was very delicious.

The room, the bed, the shower, the amenities, the friendly staff and the rooftop bar. A special mention to Jerome the Barman he was great to chat with and he made us exquisite cocktails. I cannot recommend visiting the bar enough.

Eco Sanctuaries Nature Lodge Nacpan Beach, El Nido nabízí zahradu, bar a službu concierge. Pláž Nacpan Beach je 0 metrů odtud. The hotel has only 3 houses, a restaurant, a relaxation area, the hotel is located on the most beautiful beach in El Nido on Nacpan Beach. The inside of the house is clean, they offer tea and coffee, the only thing is that large cockroaches come to visit in the bathroom in the evenings, it would be nice to poison them. Besides, the bath towels getting old, it's time to buy new ones. The prices in the restaurant pleasantly surprised us, much cheaper than in Busuanga and tasty. Coffee from local farmers with coconut milk is very good. The sun loungers on the beach are not adjustable; lying on them is not very comfortable; It would be great if the back of the lounge chair could be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. There are mosquitoes on Nacpan Beach in the evenings, so buy mosquito repellent and your vacation will be comfortable. There are a lot of dogs on the island, but they are not dangerous. I would like to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff Aylen, Roger and Bucky for making our stay comfortable. So, I would highly recommend the hotel and Nacpan beach, as there most beautiful sunsets I ever seen. You will not regret.
