Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.

Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV, in-room safe and tea and coffee making facilities. great location just steps away from the People’s Plaza. the old town is small so everything was not more than 10mins walk. room was also relatively big, comfortable and shower pressure was good.
