El Ravenstone Manor es una casa solariega del siglo XIX situada en un terreno de 3 hectáreas, a 5 minutos en coche del lago Bassenthwaite. Love how dog friendly it is, it’s very cosy downstairs, and the food was exquisite.

The location is perfect for local walks, from a short ride from Keswick even by bus. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel restaurant is just a delight, the food is absolutely delicious and the breakfast is also top notch. The staff is very friendly and very good in making you feel welcomed and taken care off. I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend it.

Glencoe Guest House se encuentra en Keswick y ofrece vistas a la montaña y wifi gratis a 3,1 km de Derwentwater y a 17 km de Buttermere. Ben cooks wonderful breakfasts and they are both so accommodating (anything you want, they're willing to try!). Of the 3 weeks we have spent traveling, this was by far the best place and experience! Fiona had great suggestions for what to do around town, got us discounts for a boat tour (highly recommend), Ben got us a coupon for free coffees (we bought a great scone!) and overall they provided top notch 5-star service. Lastly, it was my birthday on our last morning there and they decorated the dining room and made a sticky ginger cake and sang happy birthday to me. Such a wonderful memory! I can't wait to return. They are such a treasure in our world and I'm lucky to have met them.

The Hare & Hounds Inn se encuentra en Bowland Bridge, a 10 km de Parque temático World of Beatrix Potter, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, very cosy place to spend a rainy evening. Really excellent food at the restaurant and the breakfast was amazing! We stopped for one night to break up the drive from Scotland and I wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be back.

Location was ideal for visiting other places and a beautiful setting especially the sunrise on a good day... comfortable, relaxing house and room, very quiet...hosts Ben and V were very welcoming and nothing was too much if needed anything . breakfast was fab especially the toast...lovely local pub within walking distance The Pheasant inn... great value for money would definitely book again.
