Located in Annecy, 36 km from Rochexpo, La Perle du Semnoz provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a lift. This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! A fabulous apartment with views of Lake Annecy, the space has been very cleverly modelled with the low roof bedroom in the roof being the perfect place for the kids to sleep! The living space is a great size and the kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare food. The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.

The place is very cozy and clean. We were very comfortable, 2 couples and 1 year old baby. We got all the info we needed before arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to enjoy all the best places to go in Annecy. We had a great time.

We have celebrated our anniversary here. The Place is outstanding and the owner is very nice and polite. I would like to thank him and his wife for their hospitality and for their recommendations about beautiful places in Annecy. The suite’s view is amazing and its size is excellent. Also, the Spa is excellent and very clean. The garden is nice and beautiful. I liked Saint Jorioz and I will visit Les Ô d’Annecy again.

The flat is extremely clean, very well equipped, and very central. It's inside a big apartment block, literally 2 minutes away from Annecy's centre. It looks like the apartment has been recently renovated: all the appliances and the furniture are brand new. I can only recommend staying here. The owners were also very kind and available: they sent me clear directions (both to the flat and to where to collect the keys) and made sure that we are having a good time and that everything was fine.
