The family kitchen adjoins the guest salon, so you can hear the happy sounds of cooking and feel like part of the action, even while enjoying privacy. Outside, there are eclectic statuettes and art pieces and fountain tank to discover in the gardens. The dinner and breakfast featured several homemade products including wonderful fruit preserves, marinated wild mushrooms, and daube of beef.

Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and of course the view from the terrace was just stunning. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming.

Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities you could need. Nice and quiet and the noise of the bells from the goats being herded down the hillside were a lovely wake up call in the morning!! 😊

Host is super nice and welcoming, she helped us to book a nearby restaurant which required reservations and we were lucky as there was a cancellation, best value ever!

Set in Riez, 37 km from Digne Golf Course, Bastide De Mazan offers accommodation with a hot tub and a solarium. This guest house features a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. It was a privilege to stay at Bastide de Mayan, like living in a Roman villa for a few days. The road outside the property took straight into Riez and then along the Verdun Gorge, amazing views and spectacular drives.

Barbara, homemade yogurts and amazing breakfast was something to wait for every morning.
