I loved this property so much! It was out in the countryside, a great location, and was beautifully restored. The rooms were nice and clean and updated, and the grounds were so pretty and fun to explore. I felt very welcomed by Roxanne, and liked how small it is, and that the owners live on the property too.

On our first day, we went for a short walk and we could see many horses, different species of birds and even wild nutria. The farm is situated by fields (even rice fields), very close to the Ornithological park or Saintes Maries de la Mer. There is a good restaurant close. The apartment was very clean, well equipped. The host was very nice.

This was the perfect rural retreat, with a pretty, natural garden, abundant birdlife, including House Martins nesting under the eaves, and a lovely swimming pool. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and attractive, with its own outside patio and garden view. Elizabeth and her husband were excellent hosts, available and happy to help with suggestions for visits. Breakfast was served in the garden and included pastries, goats cheese, yoghurt, strawberries and a selection of jams. Delicious. There is a well equipped self-catering kitchen which we used to cook up local produce, and a communal undercover seating area, both well thought out. We loved the Mas de Bouvet and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to return. Totally recommended.

All around the property there are interesting art works and some wonderful mosaics. The mosaics were created by the Lady owner over a number of years, be sure to see the one under cover in the garden it's outstanding. It's a very relaxing and calm environment to stay in with many different seating areas to chill out in. We wish had stayed for more than 1 night.
