It was a pleasant surprise staying in this hotel. The staff is great and supportive and did their best to make our stay a great experience. The hotel is new, the facilities are in perfect order, and the room is wide and comfortable. Breakfast is well served, with options. Also, they have coffee and traditional products available all day. There are several options for lunch/dinner around, and all within walking distance. I did not expect such great experience in a small city but it was worth the stay.

The owner speaks English and is able to help coordinate great tours in the surrounding areas. I was very thankful for the staff's help in coordinating a boat tour of the Mirante Canyons/Lake Furnas and the 4x4 wheeling and visiting all the cascade falls. Definitely stay here if you can.
