It’s a hidden gem in the historic centre of Sopron. The small hotel is very cozy and original with a beautiful wine cellar where an excellent breakfast is served in the morning. The little inner courtyard is also delightful. Jennifer at the reception desk is wonderful and the lady at the breakfast desk is very attentive to every need. The room is clean and comfortable in terms of both the design and size.

Also, the fact that the property is just on the main cycling trail which goes round the Neusiedl Lake. The nearest Austrian town is Morbisch am See, which is only about 5-6 km from the property by bike. You can rent bikes here as well or store your own (as we did) safely in the garage. A great place to stay - I fully recommend it for a longer stay.
