Very good boutique hotel / guesthouse, quite new, clean and comfortable Amazing breakfast - probably the best one in our Austrian experiences. Nice swiming pool. Location - just on the way, nothing special, in fact just as we expect - silent and quite comfortable place not far away from the city.

Easy access by car, conveniently located close to the city centre and shopping centre. Access keys to the appartment easy to collect, the system in place is easy to use. Although we did not use the kitchen, we found that it is well equipped. Hosts were very kind and left a starter kit (sugar, coffee, salt, pepper...) on site.

El Appartment am Ossiachersee se encuentra en Villach, cerca de Monkey Mountain Landskron y a 2,5 km de la fortaleza Landskron, y ofrece balcón con vistas al jardín, jardín y zona de playa privada. The building where the apartment is is located close to the lake (ca. 100 meters) and castle Landskron (ca. 1.5 km). If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.

Mr. owner is very accommodating and caring, the environment quiet and peaceful, the private beach is absolutely charming and the breakfast without mistakes. We really liked it here, we felt at home.
