We loved everything: the room, the staff, the place, the pool and the plage, the food - everything. We asked the concierge to arrange a short boat tour, it was done really on professional level. Amazing place, the host was very friendly and the apartment was beautiful. the pool was very nice and the garden area and area around the pool was ample to relax in. It’s pretty much bang between Piran and Portoroz, around 20/30 mins walk in either direction.

Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).

Great, great, great BBQ facilities. We had a splendid time grilling steaks n veggies every evening. The pool & garden are charming with a beautiful view on the Adriatic sea & sunset. The host is super friendly and quickly available when needed ...also a great source for local restaurant & activities tips.
