Apartments were absolutely beautiful! Clean, cozy, comfortable. Two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes, perfect. Great heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, 4 types of sauna, hotel is really close to center and some trails (Kasprowy, Nosal), view on Giewont from the pool. Pool is indeed small but outside of season it wasn’t crowded at all (can’t imagine summer holidays though, with bunch of kids running around).

I reserved 4 rooms to accommodate 8 of us. The rooms were next to each other and were fabulous. The rooms were quiet and my balcony was awesome! We loved the outside Jacuzzi. The breakfast was amazing as well as the service. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Of note, If you call the spa or restaurant and they don’t pick up, they will follow up with a phone call a few minutes later. So don’t worry…they will get back to ya. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip with my family so memorable and amazing! Till we meet again!

Everything was amazing from rooms to very good breakfast. Spa is perfect, view is perfect, silence and peace and harmony. Incredible price and quality ratio. + Free parking, unlimited spa included. Spa has a bodyguard - very careful. Do not hesistate to book on this hotel.

The hotel is very nice: modern, clean and like new. Comfortable bed, lots of towels (even separate ones for the aquapark). It had shampoo/shower gel, slippers, bathrobes. The breakfast is amazing! Like truly amazing: they have everything you could think of for breakfast, we even made fresh waffles ourselves. The aquapark is amazing as well: the outdoor pool with the mountain view is a unique experience. Really recommend and would definitely come back
