Hotel exceeded our expectations. Is a 2 star hotel but looks like a 3 or even 4 star one. Since you enter the facility, it smells clean and tidy, very modern facilities. Staff was always friendly. We saw in our room a few sound cancelling earplugs in case you need them for a better sleep, I never saw such thing in any of our trips around the world!. Facilities are eco-friendly and this is great! No plastic bottles, garbage segregation, carboard instead of plastic announcements, etc. We are a family of 4 and we spent a great and relaxing time there. Location is extremely good. Just a few minutes of the main attractions in the city, and everything by foot! A lot of restaurant options around the hotel as well. A few parking lots around the hotel are available with decent prices (around 35 PLN per day). Breakfast option was small but good in quality. We missed a few attractions in the city so for sure we would come back to this property the next time.

It was a beautiful place to stay at during our honeymoon. It was elegant, but also bursting with nature with its beautiful greenery and the lake. The buildings were absolutely charming - inside and out. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and even a pet bed for our dog, along with two bowls for him - one with water and one with a snack. The breakfast buffet was varied and very tasty. The place was very clean and cosy, absolutely spotless. We really appreciated every moment in this place.

There are three people at check in at night and check out in morning at reception so it was very fast and efficient. At Hilton I have to wait in a queue and it seems to take forever. This hotel is in the heart of the city. It has parking just under the building. Across form the hotel, there is a very nice Peruvian restaurant only 10 m. There are also few more places nearby as it is a central location. There is also free and good quality coffee and apples free. Small details but a very nice thinking. In the rooms there is a tablet controlling many things. The lighting is automatic so when it is dark and you stand up and approach the bathroom a nice dim light makes sure you don't trip or hit anything. The bathroom has ground heating controlled by the tablet.

Loved this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal, great wifi, hot water....even a bath tub if you desired a soak. Self check in was easy and the info the owner gave was easy to follow. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and all sights in Wrocław are in walking distance. I didn't meet the owner in person but he was available on Booking. Com for any questions. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Wrocław!
