I asked for something special for my girlfriend's birthday last minute and they filled the room with baloons and wrote a letter which she loved, all free of charge! Upon our arival, we had an upgrade to our room which I always really appreciate. The hotel itself is very luxurious and a great place to go with your partner to pass a weekend in Venice. We walked basically everywhere and very easy to reach from the train station.
