The View was fantastic and the people who helped clean the place and got us breakfast every morning were very polite leyla and carmine. Fabio was fantastic when we arrived. Easy checkin, with porters carrying our luggage and even when we left for the airport Fabio arranged transportation for us. Fabio was excellent!

Most amazing views of Positano from this balcony! The hotel was clean and fresh but the little details are what makes it so special. The host was extremely helpful, tentative and friendly. The hot tub was a highlight, the shower is also awesome. Bed was comfortable and the room was huge. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Positano!

The view was exceptional. Like nothing I’ve ever see. Before. The photos do not do this place justice! It is incredible beyond words, my partner and I agreed it was the best view of Positano and the ocean you could get in the entire city, and we visited some of the most highly rated restaurants with views and nothing compared to the view from Casa Gilda. Gilda is a beautiful woman who made us feel like family, her daughter who speaks English gave us great recommendations, helped us with bus tickets etc. Gilda cooked us a home made breakfast in the mornings on her terrace which was beautiful and was so lovely to us always! Further, the location is incredible and so much better than staying in town. There is a SITA bus stop 100m down the road which takes you anywhere along the Amalfi coast from Sorrento through to Amalfi town, stopping at beautiful beaches and restaurants along the way which was so convenient. Positano itself is a 10-15min walk along a beautiful coastal road. As well, there is a private walk past a gate from Casa Gilda which you are given keys for that takes you down to Arienzo beach which is amazing with a cute beach club as well. I could not recommend this place enough, they could charge 10x the price, and being on the cheaper side of accommodation in Positano I cannot believe the value for money. Already planning our next trip. Amazing. 11/10.

We drove to the location and left our car and took local busses as the road up to the house was very narrow. The bus stop is right by the house. It 2as not too busy in Positano and we didn't have any problems getting on the bus. It is a ten minute easy walk to a well stocked local food store for supplies. The village also has two restaurants. The views are stunning. Our kids were in love with their dog. Thanks for the stay!

Giovanni and all family members are spending huge afford to make your stay unforgettable. Facilty is 2,5 km away from center of Positano and Giovanni supported us for transportation (thx once again). Breakfast was very good with some traditional food i.e lemon bread and lovely cakes of the house

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. Decor was modern and all little extras just made our stay even more enjoyable!

Manuela and Andrea were gracious hosts, full of advice to help us. Positano is stunning, but also very busy, which is to be expected in the high season. The bonus is a cute grocery store with a little bit of everything, lovely owners, and just a short walk away, and we were also within walking distance of the main beach and ferry launch. Overall this was a great stay in a lovely setting. Highly recommended for families!

It was so nice to have two excellent restaurants nearby to walk to and a small mini market nearby for a few supplies. My 3 kids loved their room and their own little space on the bottom floor. Lots of space for a family of 5! Host accessible and helpful. Highly recommend arranging a driver if coming from another city as it is difficult to navigate roads and luggage to reach villas in the hills.DustinFamily with young children

The view from the room was amazing and was worth of every step we took to get up there! It’s not ideal for families with small children because of the steps but in any other case the location is super! Breakfast was super fresh and had plenty of choices! A big plus was the free parking offered which is very much needed if you travel by car in Positano!
