It was raining heavily and I parked the car 5 min away from the hotel. The lady at reception sent a nice gentlemen with the umbrella to pick me up and escort to the hotel. It was obviously not a part of their service but they did this extra step which made me feel so well taken care of. I also received welcome fruits and a glass of Prosecco which was so nice and unexpected.

Best host Emmanuel with free pick-up and shuttle to airport and help with luggages;clean comfortable room spacious for 3 or 4; very cold airconditioning; clean bath/toilet with new fittings; best recommendation for food from host; great value for money.

Very friendly host giving us lots of valuable information on arrival. The beds were very comfortable, appartment and bathroom were very tidy. The appartment is located in the historical center of Naples, ideal for experiencing the cultural sites. On our last day we could leave later in the afternoon which was helpful for our program - thanks to Fabio for his kind offer.
