It is hard to name a few as once again i was so impressed with my stay at this hotel, from the check in process, the smell of the hotel to the clenliness and attentivness of all staff, this truly is one if the most amazing hotels in the world and i will keep on returning, this was my 3rd stay and will certainly not be my last, looking at booking again next year, unbelievable property, we had our 1 year old with us and he was treated like a little prince! Great memories

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was excellent and made our stay absolutely comfortable throughout. The room was spacious with all possible amenities we needed and a view to die for. Dining throughout was perfect with hot, heart warming food options and the staff made sure all our needs were looked after. A special mention to Mr. Saptak for sharing endless information with us, giving us shopping, dining, sightseeing and transport tips. The location is ideal. Everything is within walking distance. All in all, was an absolutely delightful stay!

A very good living experience, with a living room, water dispenser, dining area, kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, one bathroom, and one toilet. It's suitable for a small family and offers an experience like never before. Japanese chef is great！

The room was well furnished with right size with right amenities. The Bathroom was quite spacious and nice. The staff was cordial and always ready to help. Break fast spread was good . Overall amazing service. I had requested for late check out at a price which they offered, However some last minute goofup happened at their end. The team was courteous to offer me another room for late check out at no additional charge. Great customer service experience. My son loves planes and my room was runway facing and he thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The airport is conveniently close. It was only a 5 min ride from the Terminal 2 to the hotel. And only 3 min ride back to Terminal 2. The hotel taxi was cheaper (724) than the hired taxi (over 1000) outside Terminal 2! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. Even close to the airport, the air traffic noise was barely audible in the room. The swimming pool was excellent - we noticed even water sample being taken. The pool area is also excellent for relaxing: Both sunbathing and shadowed sunbeds available. We didn't use the gym, but went to have a look: There are good number of free weights and even equipment for bench press and dead lifts. Of course all the typical aerobic exercise machines (treadmills, stair climbers). We ate a la carte dinner and it was very good as well. Our children had also good options to choose from in the menu.
