The apartment is super! It was the cleanest apartment we have ever been to. The furniture is high quality, there was more than enough space/cupboards for the all the stuff of the 5 of us - they really thought about how to furniture the apartments so that you as guests have an easy and pleseant stay. There is a washing machine as well as a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need - including cups and plates for children, far enough glasses, brand-new sponges & tabs for the dishwasher. The hosts welcomed us very warmly, gave us recomendations, were almost always around the apartments (they live in the building) and very helpful. Villa Nina is within 1 or 2 mins walking distance to the sea, while the more beautiful beaches are within a walking distance of about 5-10mins. Rabac is a very touristic summer-place, while Labin (10mins by car) is a very nice old town, definitely worth visiting and having dinner there. Our apartment had a very large terrace, where we enjoyed spending time. You can see on the pictures, that the terrace is directly next to the pool, so people spending their time at the pool of course are very close to you - for us that did not matter. We enjoyed very much the pool and the pool area - the pool is also very good for smaller kids (ours are 2 and 5), since the stairs offered them enough place to walk around in the pool. There is even a hot shower at the pool. We got new towels in our apartment after some days, although we did not even ask for them - we of course appreciated it a lot. You also get pool-towels when you arrive. The cleaning ladies are super nice, just as the hosts. Thanks to everybody, we will come back.

The view was spectacular. Wonderful location above the village. The one bedroom suite spacious and well appointed. The infinity pool cool and refreshing. Best of all though, was the property manager Adisa who welcomed us on arrival, made restaurant recommendations and reservations for us, and was available whenever we had a question. I have been traveling the world for 50 years and have rarely had such a 100% positive experience. My wife and I can’t wait to return.

El apartamento está espectacular, así como las vistas y Roberto nos atendió de maravilla e incluso nos informó al día siguiente del estado de las carreteras para volver a Zagreb. Mi familia y yo sin duda volveremos. Levantarnos por la mañana, salir al balcón y ver el mar es un placer.

Very clean and cozy appartement with a nice balcony with great view on the bay! The hostess is very friendly and helpful! If you are good to walk, the village has nice pedestrian stairs straight down to the ocean promenade below, where you can find many restaurants! We truly felt at home and can not recommend this place enough!

Small boutique style hotel in the hills between Rabac and Labin. Amazing panoramic view of coast from rooms, terrace and pool. Nice pool and terrace area. Breakfast was amazing with grilled and marinated vegetables, freshly prepared egg dishes, fruit etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable suites with balconies and sea view, very clean. All in all a great stay, thank you!
