Our room was spectacular, with stunning views in two directions, beautifully appointed and decorated. Breakfast was perfect every day 7 days in a row. Sharon and Nigel were so friendly and anticipated our needs and wants. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in day and night. It's a 6-7 minute walk to the beach, 12 minutes to the Falmouth University campus, and 15 minutes to many of the great restaurants in town.

The apartment was everything we could have wanted for our stay in Falmouth. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. It was only minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes from the bars and restaurants. Lula and John were excellent hosts and were there for any advice or recommendations without being intrusive. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this property for anyone thinking of staying in Falmouth.

Very spacious and well stocked with pots, pans cooking utensils. Lovely view and excellent location. Sarah provided many little extras for our arrival eg, wine milk, fruit, tea bags, biscuits, chocolate…which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
